CSNI have reached the NCU Women's Cup final after beating Muckamore by 11 runs in a tense semi-final at Stormont.

The home side scored 119 for 4 in their 20 overs with Rachael Thomas top scoring with 37 and Alison Cowan making 37.

Moylena opener Amy Caulfield carried her bat through the 20 overs of the chase making an unbeaten 57, but despite her best efforts, they fell 11 runs adrift.

CSNI will play in the final at Carrickfergus in two weeks time, Sunday August 22nd, but must wait to find out their opponents, after the Lurgan versus North Down game was postponed.
