YMCA piled on the runs and the agony for Phoenix in an incredibly one-sided Leinster Premiership match.
Mitchell Thompson hit an unbeaten 113 as YMCA racked up 374 for 2 in their 50 overs.
Thompson shared stands of 147 with Jack Tector (80) for the first wicket, both players hitting 11 fours.
That foundation allowed Harry Tector - 95 from 60 balls (9 fours, 5 sixes - to free his arms in the pressure free innings, as he and Thompson added a further 151.
There was no respite for the beleaguered Phoenix attack, as Curtis Campher then hit 7 fours and 3 sixes in a 23-ball 58 not out.
The huge total was never challenged by Phoenix, who season has lurched from one crisis to the next.
The one bright note was the continued return from injury of Tyrone Kane as a batsman only - his 33 the top score, as he and George Dockrell (18) shared the only stand of note as they were dismissed for 119 - two wickets for James Forbes and Rory Anders.
