Cliftonville Academy extended their lead at the top of the Section One table after a five wicket win over Armagh.

Harry Doyle (29) and Andrew Hoey (20) helped the Mall side to 112 for 8 in their 20 overs, with Matty McCord taking 3 for 18, and two wickets for Max Burton.

It was with the bat though that Burton really shone as he powered his way to a match winning 60.

Jordan Wright claimed two scalps as CA lost five wickets, but the result was never in doubt.

Cliftonville Academy are on 56 points with two games left, eight points ahead of challengers Derriaghy and Cregagh who each have three matches left.
