Leinster are forging ahead with the 2021 season and have completed the group draws for the 2021 Senior League Cup.

The competition started in its present format in 2019, when The Hills captured the trophy thanks to a magnificent seven wicket haul by the inspirational Nazeer Shaukat.

The impact of the covid-19 pandemic saw the tournament played as a T20 competition, with YMCA emerging victorious.

They went on to All-Ireland T20 glory beating Donemana in the final, although they lost out to CIYMS for the right to represent Ireland at the European Cricket Champions Cup in Spain this April.

The two previous winners have been kept apart in the draw, with YMCA being joined in Group A alongside Balbriggan, Cork County, Dublin University, Leinster, Malahide, Phoenix and last year's runners-up Railway Union.

In Group B The Hills opponents are Clontarf, Merrion, North County, North Kildare, Pembroke, Rush and Terenure.
