The North West have announced the first half of their 40-over fixtures for the League which begins next Saturday.

The15 teams have been divided into two groups, so one team in group B will be free every match-day, starting with Ballyspallen next week.

The opening fixtures are Group A: Bready v Brigade, Bonds Glen v Ardmore, St Johnston v Fox Lodge, Strabane v Glendermott. Group B: Burndennett v Eglinton, Donemana v Coleraine, Newbuildings v Killyclooney.

This weekend itís a double header for the teams in the three T20 groups which will decide who joins Brigade in the Faughan Valley Cup semi-finals.

Itís a three-way battle in Group B involving Eglinton, Fox Lodge and Coleraine while in Group C, Newbuildings will confirm first place with victory over Bready today but if the visitors win they will be in pole position going into their final game tomorrow at home to Burndennett.

Donemana will all but win Group D with victory at Ballyspallen ahead of their game against nearest challengers Ardmore on Sunday,
