Donemana made it through to the last four despite a heavy loss against Ardmore on Sunday, when they were skittled for 49. They had already assured themselves a semi-final spot thanks to a maximum point win against Ballyspallen, with skipper William McClintock hitting eight sixes in an unbeaten 86, denied a century by the rain.

Its been a decent enough start for us in the T20s apart from the defeat to Ardmore obviously but we still managed to finish top of that group, said McClintock. It was the same as last year for us where we had a relatively bad result but then came alive after it.

We are away to Eglinton in the semis, which will be a good contest, but we feel if we bring our best game then we should beat them. Even though its not home we wont mind that too much.

As for the senior cup away to St Johnston isnt ideal being away from home again. However it is one we will feel confident going into it and for us the senior cup this year is ultimately our biggest aim. Nobody will be able to take it away from us without a good fight, thats for sure.
