In the NW Women's Premier League, leaders Bready won again, but Fox Lodge were also victorious to keep the pressure on as the league reaches its final stages.

Alana Dalzell was again in the runs as Bready beat Strabane Saints by 45 runs, hitting five boundaries in an unbeaten half century.

Chloe Deans' 2-18 was pick of the home side attack as Bready posted 108 in their 16 overs.

The chase never materalised as the Bready bowling unit kept a tight rein on proceedings, with Strabane finishing on 63 for 6 - Kylie McGarrigle making 16.

Fox Lodge were also convincing winners as they beat Eglinton by seven wickets.

The villagers made 63 for 6 batting first, thanks primarily to 24 from Arianna McKenna.

Kara Bates (2-17) was the most successful of the Ballymagorry bowlers, while Lucy Neely, Sarah Black, and skipper Mollie Devine picked up a wicket each.

Emma Allen (23no) and Sarah Black (15) got the hosts off to a flyer and they were few nerves despite the best efforts of Alice McLaughlin (2-18) as they won by seven wickets.

Killyclooney were unable to field yet again in their scheduled game against Coleraine.

There will be a Women's Cup competition once the league concludes, but as yet, there are no details of the draw.
