Bready clinched the NW Women's Premiership on Monday night after a convincing 91-run win against Coleraine.

Skipper Alana Dalzell led from the front as she scored another half century, hitting five boundaries as she and Kaylee Barnard (24) shared an opening stand of 80 to set the Magheramson side on their way.

Stephanie Wilkinson added an unbeaten 20 as they posted 135 for 4 - two wickets for McIntyre (2-19).

Dalzell then took four wickets for just five runs as the Bannsiders were skittled for just 44 - three wickets too for Charley Scott.

NW Women's Premiership Champions Bready

The maximum points win was needed as second-placed Fox Lodge had kept the pressure on with a resounding nine-wickets win over a very makeshift Killyclooney side, featuring a host of rookies.

Sarah Black (3-5), Kara Bates (3-8) and Lucy Blair (2-4) were all in the wickets as the Ballymagorry side showed little mercy in a real slaughter of the innocents - Killyclooney routed for 29.

The modest total was knocked off inside of four overs for the loss of one wicket.

Champions Bready and Fox Lodge will now represent the region in the new Ulster League Cup which starts later this month.

The NW Women's Cup draw will take place on Wednesday night and get underway next week. The winners of this year's competition will take place in the inaugural All-Ireland Women's T20 Cup, which is being held at Bready next month.
