The trophies just keep rolling in for Bready who over the past week have claimed a further five.

First up was the Under 11’s who beat Newbuildings to claim the cup with Mansi Bhavsar taking four wickets.

Mark Olphert’s Bready Seconds then completed the double as they beat The Nedd and Eglinton to ensure the league title.

Sunday saw Andrew Fleming’s side win the Q3 T20 Cup as they overcame league winners Newbuildings II’s at Donemana.

A fine batting display led by Man of the Match Nathan McCombe (47), and well supported by Craig Allen (36), Jamie McCombe (31) and Colin Mitchell (29) saw Bready make 155 for 4.

A strong start by Newbuildings saw the game in the balance, but excellent catching backed by strong bowling from Matthew Campbell (3-26) and Alana Dalzell (2-20) in particular meant a 33-run win.

On Tuesday night it was the turn of the Under 15s who made it another double having secured the league title the day before.

Captain Gavin Roulston led by example as he claimed four wickets including a hat-trick as Brigade were dismissed for 67. He then hit an unbeaten 41 as Bready won by nine wickets in the seventh over.

There's another cup for grabs tonight (WED) as Bready U13s meet league winners Newbuildings in the final. Play at Foyleview Arena gets under way at 5.30pm.
