Cork County picked up the senior league and shared the Senior Cup after the weather ruined the final weekend of the season.
Eshan O'Sullivan took 6 wickets for just one run as Harlequins were bowled out for 63, but couldn't chase it down as the rain intervened forcing the game to be abandoned.
It mattered little to County, who topped the table and received the League trophy to go with the T20 trophy won earlier in the season.
They were going for the treble on Sunday against County Kerry in the Munster Senior Cup, but the match was abandoned without a ball being bowled.
No bowl-out took place so the trophy was shared.
