A four nation women's T20I tournament was played in the Nigerian capital Lagos this past week, with Tanzania rounding out victors.
The series also involved the hosts, Rwanda and Sierra Leone, with all but the latter involved in the African Games that starts on Thursday.
Tanzania lost their opening game against Rwanda, but won five on the bounce to lift the title, securing it with a thumping 92 run win over Sierra Leone on the final day. The Sierra Leone side lost all six matches to finish last.
Hosts Nigeria lost only to Tanzania and finished second, whilst Rwanda were third.
Tanzania and Nigeria will be in a group with Namibia and South Africa at the African Games, whilst Rwanda have been drawn with Kenya, Uganda and Zimbabwe.
