Sam Topping's 97 and five wickets for James Cameron-Dow ensured an emphatic 140-run win for Waringstown at North Down.
Topping - on the books of Sussex - hit 9 fours and two sixes in his knock, laying the perfect platform in an opening stand of 84 with Adam Dennison.
Skipper Greg Thompson added 36, while there were 20s for Morgan Topping, JCD, and Graham Hume in a total of 282 for 9 - three wickets for Ali Shields.
Mohammed Aahil (42) and Shields (26) got the Comber side to 67 for 1 in the chase, but Cameron-Dow's five wicket haul saw them dismissed for 142.
The win takes Waringstown four points clear at the top, although Woodvale will have the chance to draw level as they take on Cliftonville Academy on Sunday.
