The ECB and Cricket Ireland have confirmed a three-match ODI series in September 2025.

England will be visiting Ireland for the first time since 2019, and the three-match series will give the Irish the opportunity for a first win on these shores - the two previous wins coming at the 2011 World Cup in India, and at Hampshire during the 2020 Covid series.

There's no news on a venue yet, but given the size of crowds expected for the games, Malahide would appear favourite, with Stormont an alternative.

Given Ireland's hopes to stage a franchise T20 tournament, it might be an option if it finally gets off the ground to stage it late August and early September, keeping the infrastructre in place for the games on Septemer 17th, 19th and 21st.

Before then, England Women are in Belfast and Dublin next month for three ODI's and two T20's
