LISBURN

  • Captain: Neil Whitworth
  • Overseas professional: Faiz Fazal
  • Players in: Mark Adair, Ryan Macbeth, Adam Kennedy
  • Players out: Mark Berry

It's the turn of 2022 NCU Premiership champions Lisburn, who have a new captain in Neil Whitworth who has taken over the reins from Callum Atkinson.

There are three new faces at Wallace Park including international Mark Adair, Warriors paceman Ryan Macbeth, and youth international Adam Kennedy.

Mark Berry is the only departure, who is working in Dublin.

"We are all excited for the 2024 season ahead," said new captain Neil Whitwoth.

"The lads have been working hard throughout the winter on our fitness levels and individual skill sets. The support we've had from the likes of Uel Graham and Mike McComish has been fantastic.

"We wish Mark Berry the best of luck as he departs for Pembroke.

"The three new lads, Mark Adair, Ryan Macbeth and Adam Kennedy have all fitted in seamlessly as expected and I'm looking forward to seeing them wear the Lisburn colours.

"We will soon be welcoming Faiz back to the club which we are equally excited about. He certainly needs no introduction.

"The aim this year will no doubt be silverware. We want to be challenging for each and every trophy available and we will need to be at our best week in week out to put ourselves in that position.

"We face a tough test away at CIYMS first up where we hope to hit the ground running."
