Glendermott beat Ballyspallen by 99 runs

Glendermott got the better of Ballyspallen by 99 runs in a dress rehearsal ahead of next week's Sammy Jeffrey final at The Rectory. Ben Mills was the star of the show for Glendermott as he top-scored with 36 and followed it up with four wickets. There were runs too for Jason Lynch (34) and Ryan Nolan (33) in their 177 for 8 in a game reduced to 40 overs. Stuart Kennedy, Isaac Bird and Dylan McElwee all picked up two wickets. Ballyspallen's reply never got going as they were bundled out for 78 - Kyle Morrow making 20. Mills picked up for 4 for 6 and there were two wickets for Todd Killen in the comprehensive win that means Fox Lodge will be even stronger title favourites despite having the weekend off.

Killyclooney beat Burndennett by 177 runs
Killyclooney, 19 July.


Killyclooney were the biggest winners of the day as they thumped Burndennett by 177 runs. Andrew Neil - who top-scored with 69 not out (5 fours, 7 sixes), shared a fourth wicket century stand with Tim Dougherty (38). Earlier overseas professional Aron Visser made 64 (7 fours, 2 sixes) putting on 115 for the second wicket with Alfie Moan (37), while there were runs too for Andy Nicholl (41) in a total of 283 for 5. Burndennett's reply never really got going with only Niall McDonnell (25) and Rahmatullah Sahaq (22) getting past 20 as they were bundled out for 106 - three wickets for Timmy Dougherty, and two apiece for Jason Wallace, Alfie Moan and Matthew Campbell in the maximum points win.

St Johnston beat Bonds Glen by 36 runs

St Johnston kept alive their promotion hopes with a 36-run win over Bonds Glen at The Boathole in a game reduced to 35 overs. St Johnston made 148 with Barry Scott making 31, David Lapsley 27 and Josh Handsadale 24 in a total of 148. The Bee Gees bowlers were all in the wickets with three apiece for Dharm Singh and Mark Robinson, and a brace apiece for Sam Haslett and Divan Posthumus. The chase began well with runs for John Long (39) and David Robinson (27) and at 85 for 1 in the 20th over it looked as if an way win was on the cards. The wheels though came off with three wickets each for Nathan Cole, Graeme McCarter and David Lapsley in a comeback win.

The game at Bready was the only Premiership one that managed to get underway. However, only 11 overs were possible with Eglinton having the home side in a bit of strife at 34 for 2.

Group A: Strabane lost to Fox Lodge by 9 wickets

Holders Fox Lodge enjoyed an emphatic 9-wicket win at Fox Lodge after the Red Caps were bowled out for 61 - Abaigh Gillespie making 18. Mollie Devine picked up three wickets, while there were two apiece for Kara Bates and Elle Moore. The chase was over by the 7th over - Ella Wasson hitting six boundaries in an unbeaten 32.
Group B: Bonds Glen beat Bready by 60 runs

Bonds Glen produced something of a surprise against a Bready side that clearly missed Alana Dalzell. Jessica Cooke made 62 to take the Bee Gees to 168 - three wickets apiece for Millie Spence and Tiara Mitchell. Jodie Spence (44) and Mansi Bhavsar (21) were in the runs for Bready, but four wickets for Rihanna Young and two for Leah Thompson saw them bowled out for 108.
Group A: Strabane conceded to Eglinton.

Eglinton were saved the journey to Strabane after the home side conceded due to five players being unavailable due to a wedding.
Group B: Bonds Glen v Coleraine. Abandoned.

Just 12 overs were possible before another heavy shower ended any chances of a result in the game at Bonds Glen. Kenya McCartney's 2 for 11 had Coleraine on top with the Bee Gees struggling on 59 for 5.
Group A: Eglinton conceded to Fox Lodge
Eglinton, 11 May.


Holders Fox Lodge were given the day off after Eglinton conceded the cup tie as they were unable to field a side.
Group B: Coleraine beat Bready by 16 runs.

Group A: Fox Lodge beat Strabane by 10 wickets.
Ballymagorry, 27 April.



Holders Fox Lodge showed no mercy to a young looking Strabane as they raced to a ten-wickets win. Mollie Devine took a hat-trick, while there were two wickets apiece for Kara Bates, Young, and Lucy Neely. The chase was over and done with in 22 balls thanks to Sarah Black and Lucy Neely.
Group B: Bready beat Bonds Glen by 9 wickets.

Last season's beaten finalists Bready were made to work a bit harder for their win as Leah Thompson of Bonds Glen hit ten boundaries in her unbeaten 64 to help them to 143 for 8 in 30 overs - two wickets for Erin Mowbray. Millie Spence (45) and Alana Dalzell (55*) shared an opening stand of 97 to settle any possible nerves, with Bready easing to a 9-wickets win in the 19th over.
