A fine bowling display by Fox Lodge set up a five wicket win in a low scoring contest at St Johnston. Aaron Heywood and Adam Walker did the early damage while Gayan Maneeshan ensured there would be no strong revival - David Anthony's 23 the best of a very modest 81 for 8. Fox Lodge found the going tough too, but Craig Doherty's 27 meant they did enough to seal the victory with five overs to spare.

Nasir Nawaz and Strabane's recent good form continued as they gained an excellent 9-wicket win at Coleraine, Batting first the home side posted 125 with Marcus Poskitt making 39 (6 fours, 2 sixes), while there were runs too for Scott Campbell and skipper Matthew Smyth - both making 27. Nawaz added 60 for the first wicket with Muddy Rajput (15) and then an unbroken 66 with Aaron Gillespie (30*) as they coasted to the win with three overs in the bank. Nawaz's 80 not out came from 54 balls and included 5 sixes and fours. The Red caps hopes of a quartet of trophies remains alive.
