Lisburn made it a case of third time lucky for the Wallace Park side as they lifted the NCU Midweek Cup with a dramatic Super Over win against BISC.

The home side posted 115 in their 20 overs with runs for Jordan McMullan (33) and Michael Keery (30) - two wickets for Praveen Kapala (2-25).

The chase was a tense one as Deepak Kamboy (30) and Arokiaray Rajan (24) kept BISC in contention.

With two needed from the final ball, Kapala was run out coming back for the second, which meant the drama was extended into a Super Over.

BISC looked favourites when they scored 10 from their six balls, and even more so when 5 were still needed with just two balls left.

Jordan McMullan was to be the Lisburn hero though as he sent the ball sailing over the ropes amidst scenes of great euphoria among team-mates and supporters.
