Lisburn Under 15 girls produced a strong display to beat rivals Holywood and claim the Under 15 Cup in the decider at Seapark.

Batting first, Holywood made 99 for 4 in their 20 overs with Erin Knight making a half century - her 50 from 52 balls including four boundaries.

Best with the ball were Imogen Armstrong (2-15) and Olivia Morrow (1-14).

The Wallace Park side had little trouble chasing down the target, thanks primarily to Rebecca Lowe's 27-ball unbeaten 43 (5 fours, 1 six), sharing stands of 26 for the first wicket with Amelia Hughes (18) and an unbroken 75 for the second with Gracie Wilson (25*).

Lisburn now go through to the All-Ireland tournament, facing Bready in the semi-finals tomorrow (FRI) at Balbriggan in the morning, with the winners playing Clontarf in the decider tomorrow afternoon at the same venue.
