Strabane are one win away from a return to the Premiership after a convincing 7-wickets win at Ballyspallen.
The home side were kept to 128 with James Cusack (38) and Michael O'Brien (26) their main contributors.
Ryan Gallagher bowled superbly to claim 3 for 13 in his 8-over spell, while there were two wickets apiece for Nasir Nawaz and Usman Azhar.
Nawaz then raced out of the blocks with an 18-ball 36 (6 fours, 2 sixes) to set the Tyrone side on their way.
Aaron Gillespie then hit an even time 52 (5 fours, 2 sixes) as he and skipper Kevin Gallagher (27) added 74 for the second wicket.
Both fell near the end, but it mattered little.
They have two league games left, at home to Bonds Glen on Saturday August 31st, with a short away trip to Burndennett the day after.
Before then is the small matter of the National Cup against Rush in Cork next Sunday, with the Sammy Jeffrey final against St Johnston at Ardmore on August 23rd and 24th.
