Coleraine have signed South African Keenan Viera for the 2025 season.

The 27-year-old plays for South West Districts in his native land, and scored two half centuries in the domestic first-class structure recently.

He is an all-rounder in every sense, being a top-order right-handed batsman, a more than useful leg-spinner, and an accomplished wicket-keeper.

Keenan has one previous season of UK experience, having scored 752 runs at over 50 for St Asapah in the Wales First Division, helping the club gain promotion.

His arrival will help the Bannsiders, who were involved in a relegation battle for much of the 2024 season.
