The top two divisions of North West cricket will be played over 50 overs once again in 2025.
Clubs confirmed the switch at an online meeting on Wednesday night.
The recent woeful displays by clubs in the Irish Senior Cup was one of the main reasons behind the move, with the two year 40 overs experiment at the top level binned.
Games will start at 12pm with teams not voting for 11am starts - concerns over bar revenues with early matches a primary factor.
