Ireland U19s slumped to an eight-wicket loss against a local North West Colts side in the second game of their World Cup preparations in South Africa.
Adam Leckey was again in the runs, top-scoring with 41 as he and Railway Union's Bruce Whaley (40) added 62 for the 6th wicket.
There were runs too for Freddie Ogilby (29) and Olly Riley (20) but a total of 196 on a good track and fast outfield was always going to be a challenge.
The NW indeed raced to victory in the 29th over, with the consolation wickets coming from Febin Manoj and Tom Ford in a disappointing bowling effort.
Ireland now switch to Namibia, where they play West Indies on Saturday in the first of their two official warm-up matches.
