Glendermott have confirmed the signing of Blayde Cappell as their overseas professional. 

The South African wicket keeper batsman is no stranger to these parts having enjoyed a record breaking season with Killyclooney in 2023.

The 28 year-old scored an incredible 1788 runs including eight centuries as he averaged 105 for the Tyrone club.

Glendermott will be hoping for similar exploits as they celebrate their centenary year.

The North West season gets underway in just over three weeks time on Saturday April 18th.
