BANGOR
- Captain: Johnny Parker
- Players in: Brodie Harrison, Seb Yeates, Ian Butler
- Players out: Connor Brown
- Director of Cricket: Ian Butler
- Young player(s) to watch: Sam McMillan had a good year last year and I hope he can kick on further this year.
Seb Yeates - looking forward to watching Seb at Upritchard Park this year. He brings with him representative and Premier League experience, so hoping he can hit the ground running for us.
Two young players that I hope have excellent seasons in our second XI are Felix McMillan and Gideon Wilson. Looking forward to them putting in some great performances and continuing to develop in senior cricket.
Bangor made a successful return to Section One last season, picking up a trophy along the way as they lifted the T20 Trophy.

They have a new overseas professional in Brodie Harrison, while they have also signed Ian Butler as Director of Cricket on a long-term deal. Seb Yeates joins from CSNI, and they have continuity with Johnny Parker once again taking the captain's armband.
“I'm really looking forward to the upcoming season and trying to kick on further from what have been good building years recently," said Parker.
"Last year marked our return to Section One, and it was great to be competitive and finish with a bit of silverware in T20 competition. We have a really good blend of youth and experience in our squad with many of our young players thriving in their respective representative squads. We have added a couple of really good acquisitions and looking forward to playing some good cricket this summer.

"Brodie replaces Connor as our overseas. Connor was brilliant for us last year and we thank him for everything he did. Brodie plays his cricket for East Coast Bays CC, in Auckland, New Zealand and is an all-rounder that bats in the top-order and bowls leg-spin.
On joining the club, Brodie said: “Stoked to be joining Bangor CC in 2026. I’ve heard great things about the people and the place! Cant wait to meet everyone and get stuck in!”
Director of Cricket Ian Butler added: “We’re delighted to welcome Brodie to Bangor Cricket Club and Upritchard Park.
"All the feedback from the Auckland coaching staff was effusive in their praise — not just for his outstanding work ethic and character, but also for the explosive impact he brings as a top-order batter, a superb fielder, and his high-quality leg-spin.
"Adding such a multi-dimensional cricketer is a huge boost for us, and Brodie’s energy will lift the squad enormously as we look forward to playing an exciting brand of cricket this summer.”
Exciting times ahead at Upritchard Park.
