Terenure are looking forward to a second season in the First Team League, after a decent first campaign where they lost games at key points to put pressure on at the top. 

Henry Dall takes over the reins as captain after missing last season, but returns having been a key part of back-to-back premierships with Kensington Browns in Adelaide. 

Bhavic Tukrel also returns from working overseas and will bring some much-needed control with the ball in the middle overs, while they have also added Naveed Khan to their ranks.

On the debit side, Jinal Khatri and Nawaz Khan are off to pastures new.
 
"I'm looking forward to getting back to work with the group and hopefully find that bit of consistency that the club has lacked in recent times," said skipper Henry Dall. 

"Delighted to be taking over as skipper and having the chance to put my stamp on things. 

"We are in good shape after last year with a couple of lads like Mick Cotter and Gareth Morgan having impressive seasons with the bat and having Bhavic back is a real plus with the ball. 

"With a strong squad we will be looking to be involved at the business-end of both the league and National Cup."

After the near miss of last year, Terenure won't be too far away at the business end of the First Team League.
