St Johnston have confirmed the signing of Conor Olphert from Bready.

The 30-year-old is a former Irish international who won two caps against India in 2022,

Injuries have restricted his appearances in recent years, and he wasn't included in the recent Warriors squad.

"We are delighted to welcome Conor Olphert to St Johnston," said St Johnston captain David Anthony.

"Everyone in the NW knows what Conor is capable of and he will be a brilliant addition to the club both on and off the field.

"Adding his experience at both Inter-Pro and International levels along with that of Graeme McCarter will be of huge benefit to the youngsters and we are really excited for the season ahead."

St Johnston's first game of the season will be on Saturday May 2nd when Olphert is in line to make his debut against....Bready!
