Ardmore held their nerve to defeat Burndennett by 20 runs in an entertaining clash.
Kasun Aberaytne gave Ardmore a flying start, blasting 46 from just 22 balls with four fours and four sixes as the visitors raced to 53 for 1.
However, Burndennett fought back superbly, reducing Ardmore to 85 for 7 thanks to disciplined spells from Ryan Barr and Derek Curry, who both claimed two wickets.
A crucial fifth wicket partnership of 53 in five overs between skipper Mark Chambers (27) and Vivek Sheoran (22) revived the innings and carried Ardmore to 153 for 9.
Burndennett’s chase looked doomed at 39 for 6 before captain Andy Barr launched a stunning counterattack, smashing 66 from 41 balls with four fours and six sixes.
But with little support from the other end, the hosts were bowled out for 133 as Sadiq Safi starred with 3 for 24 against his former club.
Bonds Glen powered to a dominant 63-run victory over Killyclooney thanks to a stunning all-round display from former Ireland international William McClintock.
The former Donemana man produced a breathtaking innings of 83 from only 29 balls, hammering 10 sixes and five fours as the Bee Gees piled up a formidable 225 for 5 from their 20 overs.
The explosive opener received excellent support from South African pair Dane Rossouw and Heinrich Roberts, who maintained the momentum with aggressive knocks of 43 from 21 balls and 42 from 24 deliveries respectively.
Giles Moan was the pick of the Killyclooney bowlers with 2 for 20.
Killyclooney battled hard in reply with Andy Nicholl making 40 and useful contributions from Giles Moan, Cody Mehaffey and Alfie Moan, but the target proved beyond them. McClintock capped a superb performance by taking 4 for 33, while off-spinner Dharm Singh also claimed four wickets as the hosts finished on 162 for 9.
