The return of Irish international William McClintock to the Warriors squad after a three-year hiatus was the big talking point ahead of the T20 interpro series at Bready this week.

The 29-year-old Bonds Glen batsman made the last of his 53 appearances for the Warriors back in 2023, and his return is a major boost for the North-West side.

There is a call-up for new Donemana signing Melvin Deveraj who moved to The Holm from Merrion after being left out of the Lightning squad.

Liam McCarthy is also in line for a first appearance in Warriors colours, with the Ireland Test debutant moving up from Munster Reds after they were axed from the series. Gareth Delany was also supposed to feature, but he is absent from Boyd Rankin's side.

Andy Balbirnie is back after a very successful 2025 season, but he will be without opening partner Sam Topping who has gone back to the Northern Knights.

Ben Calitz had been earmarked for inclusion in the Warriors squad but for some unknown reason isn't in the line-up.Jake Egan from CI takes the gloves.

There are four Brigade representatives in the 13-man squad - the Macbeth brothers, Gavin Roulston and Trent McKeegan.

Former Brigade paceman Josh Wilson isn't there, but Jared Wilson is there, while Eglinton's Robbie Millar - who enjoyed a successful 2025 campaign - and North Down's Craig Young complete the thirteen.

The Warriors begin with a clash against the defending champions Leinster Lightning on Tuesday (3.30pm), while they take on the Knights at the same time on Wednesday.
