The women's inter-insular series between the Channel Islands of Jersey and Guernsey took place at Grainville in Jersey on Sunday, with the home side dominant in the two match series.
In the opening game, Jersey were put into bat and scored 160-7 from their 20 overs, with Analise Merritt's 52 their top score. Guernsey struggled in reply, with Elise Millington's 19 their only double digit score. Chloe Greechan was the pick of the bowlers for the hosts, taking 3-6 as Guernsey were bowled out for 60, losing by 100 runs.

Guernsey again chose to bowl first after winning the toss in the second game. Analise Merritt again had a half-century, this time with 50, but she was outdone by Aimee Aikenhead who scored 85 from 64 balls, sharing in a 133 run partnership for the second wicket with Merritt. Jersey's eventual total was a fomidable 188-5.
Guernsey were well short of their target but this time they did manage to bat out their 20 overs, with three players making double figures. Olivia Bastin took 3-13 as the visitors were restricted to 88-7, once again losing by 100 runs.
