FOX LODGE

- Overseas professional: Gayan Maneeshan
- Players in: Swarnim Jha
- Players out: none
- Young player to watch: Swarnim Jha
It's been a pretty quiet close season up at Championship winners Fox Lodge who have adopted if it ain't broke, don't fix it approach.

Jonny Robinson stays on as captain, with Gayan Maneeshan as vice-captain and overseas pro again.
"No players have left, and the only addition so far is young Swarmim Jha from Bready," said Robinson.
"He looks a really good prospect, and there’s a good chance he’ll get a few 1st team games this season.

"It’s been tough to bring players in after coming up, with the points system meaning you can pretty much only sign one player.
"Looking ahead, it’s a similar mindset to last year, just take it one game at a time. It’s mostly the same group, and there’s a lot of belief there. On our day, we feel like we can beat anyone."

It will certainly be a tough challenge for the Ballymagorry side, but they have a nice blend of youth and experience, a quality pro, and a fighting team spirit that will stand them in good stead for the campaign.
