It appears that Luke Georgeson will once be plying his trade at Stormont during the 2025 season.

The 25 year-old Irish passport holding New Zealander enjoyed great success at CSNI during the 2021 and 2022 season. scoring 880 runs at an average of 55 in his maiden season, and followed that up with 798 at 38.

In addition he took 63 wickets at just over 23 with his medium pace and was a real asset for the club.

Having initially accepted the offer of an Ireland contract in 2022, he had a change of heart and returned to New Zealand where he currently plays domestically for Otago.

If the return is confirmed it will be a real boost for CSNI who endured a tough campaign in 2024.
