There has been a bit of movement at Championship side Bonds Glen with one player in, one out, and another who mightn't play much of a role.

On the plus side they have managed to persuade Ardmore all-rounder Dharm Singh to step down a division and make the short journey out the Kildoag Road.

It's undoubtedbly a blow for the Bleachgreen side who look also to be without the services of former skipper Rachit Gaur for the campaign.

On the debit side, former Irish international David Cooke is heading back to one of his former sides as he joins Coleraine.

The other negative news is that highly influential all-rounder Heinrich Roberts has indicated that he won't be available for the majority of the campaign.

The Dublin-based Roberts is one of the most dangerous players in the division and his absence will be a major blow to the Bee Gees in their promotion efforts.
