CSNI

Captain: Stuart Thompson
Overseas professional: Sean Davey
Players in/out: none

It mightn't have been the season that CSNI hoped for in 2024, but their recent signing of Sean Davey as overseas professional offsets the fact that Luke Georgeson won't be back as hoped.

Former Irish international Stuart Thompson once again is captain at Stormont and he is hopeful of better times this season.

"We didn’t finish where we would have hoped last season," said Thompson. "That being said there were promising performances throughout the season with some of the younger players contributing.

"I'm expecting a much better season this year, as our squad looks stronger on paper. The bulk of our squad is made up of young and up and coming players and youth internationals but it’s time for them now to step up and carry the club forward to success.

"The introduction of Sean, an experienced player with great skills will be an asset for us and looking forward to playing alongside him, while Jordan Neill will also be returning.

"It's certainly exciting times for the club."
