JOSH LITTLE could return to domestic action this season for the first time since 2022 after being named in an ultra-strong Leinster Lightning list under new captain Lorcan Tucker.
The superstar left-arm quick missed out on a place in this year’s Indian Premier League, after two editions with the Gujarat Titans, and will form a formidable Lightning attack along with fellow internationals Barry McCarthy, David Delany and Fionn Hand.
Wicketkeeper Tucker takes over the captaincy from veteran George Dockrell who delivered 10 titles during his seven years in charge, including four double seasons.
The Tector brothers — Harry and Tim — will be the mainstays of the Lightning batting after the departure of former Ireland skipper Andy Balbirnie who has moved to the North-West Warriors.
