Players in: Manav Chhabra, Angus Farrell, Connor Brown
Players out: Robin van Harte
Overseas: Connor Brown

It was an exciting 2024 for Bangor who not only gained promotion to Section One, but also collected a T20 trophy for good measure.

The club have also been progressive off the field with major work ongoing as they undertake a major renovation of the pavilion which will make Upritchard Park one of the best places in the country to not only play but watch cricket.

Bangor have a trio of signings with hard-hitting all-rounder Manav Chhabra joining from Glendermott after relocating to the NCU for work purposes. Angus Farrell arrives from CIYMS, while they have a new overseas player in Australian Connor Brown.

The 23-year-old plays his cricket at Gold Coast Districts CC and is a left-arm seamer and right-hand batsman playing regularly for the first team in the Queensland Premier League.

Johnny Parker is once again entrusted with the captaincy and he's relishing the opportunity for the Seasiders to test their mettle in the division.

"After securing promotion last season, we are really looking forward to challenging ourselves back in Section 1," said Parker.

"We have a settled squad with a good mix of experience and youth. We have been boosted with two good young signings who have fitted in brilliantly over the close season.

"The only change has been our overseas player. Connor Brown replaces Robbie van Harte. Connor joins us from Brisbane and we are very excited to welcome him at Upritchard Park."
