Callum Armstrong took five wickets as Ireland Under 15s beat Ace Academy by five wickets in the second match of their Barnard Castle Festival.

The Rush left-armer took 5 for 35 and Beau Donnison (2-8) as the Academy were bowled out for 134.

Ireland didn't have it all their own way in the chase as they lost five wickets, but skipper Marko Bates thumped 9 fours and 2 sixes in a 54-ball 65 not out to seal the win in the 20th over.

Their next game on Wednesday is against Clevelabnd Cricket Association.
