TYRONE DERBY IN LEAGUE THREE FINAL
There's an all-Tyrone clash in the League Three Final at Bready tomorrow, as Burndennett and Bready meet in the decider.
It's a great occasion for the teams, with the NW having two-innings deciders for all their cup competitions by popular demand.
Bready captain Phil Robinson is happy with his team ahead of the match.
"We’ll be going with largely the same team that we have had all season, with the exception of Brook Crumley who’s out through injury and we wish him well in his recovery," said Robinson.
"Our top-order has been really strong this year which has been key to our success so far. Led by Jamie McCombe who has had a superb season and currently sits top for runs in our league. He’s been well supported by our opening pair in Andrew Fleming and Ryan Godfrey who have both had great seasons themselves. There is a solid middle with Marc Fleming, Ross Campbell and Craig Allen while Steven Allen is there if we need an attacking option.
"On the bowling side there is Marc who is another that has had a superb season - currently top wicket-taker in our league. Mo Saghir has recently impressed opening and I hope it continues this weekend. Ross will also give us a great bowling option alongside his ability with the bat and in the field.
"It will be a tough game against a strong Burndennett side but hopefully we can get the result that we want."
Burndennett have a core of experienced players to augment their talented youngsters and John McGettigan is hoping this will be the difference over the two days.
"In terms of the squad it will be fairly similar to our squad for every cup game," said McGettigan. "We are a fairly young team this year and have benefitted a lot with the help of a few older experienced players returning to help out - the likes of Mark Roulston and Stephen McCay.
"We won this cup two seasons ago and went far in it last year, so we are hoping to win it again this season."
